All ticket sales are final unless an event is canceled by the organizer.

If an event is canceled, ticket holders will be contacted using the email address provided at purchase regarding refund options or rescheduling information.

Lineups, artists, set times, venues, and event experiences are subject to change without notice. Such changes do not qualify for refunds.

Tickets may not be duplicated, resold for fraudulent purposes, or used in violation of venue or event policies.
